Admittedly, it's been tough for me to really follow this game because of work. (If spectating this game has reminded me of anything, it's that Hecht rhythm really doesn't pair up well with my free time!) Without reading the spoilers, I think my earlier concerns about Dr. Stu have been set aside - I just can't see them as bussing by now. Were I playing and they were still in play at D7 then I might have started asking 'why are you two still alive?', but I think that would have been nothing but tunnel vision speaking.
I suppose that I'd be thinking of looking between Sky/Chuggs and Kyan/Donna - at this point, how certain would I be that the messengers and gossips are on the same side? The alternative would be deciding if one of the outstanding vanilla claims is dodgy - Dr. Stu would be a tough sell by now, so that would leave Terriko and Flat Stanley. Given that the latter were the alternative train today, that in turn would lead to the question of whether today was town vs. scum or scum vs. scum - or, for that matter, if there's still a neutral in the mix somehow. Too many questions.

Dr. Monkey is too smart to not see through Natiko/Terra by lylo. Their push for the Lone_Saenima lunch was half hearted at best and she will definitely pick up on that. If that should happen, Naterra will have a hard time convincing SkyChuggs to vote for Dr. Stu and I think they would have a better time playing Kyonna and SkyChuggs against each other.
And if Faddys championship game is anything to go by, being confirmed town does not protect you from a mislunch anyway.

I can see the case being made that Kyonna would be more willing to go for SkyChugg than Dr. Stu, but man I would find it extremely hard for me to trust the lone Vanilla claimant left in the game no matter how much bus cred they've earned for themselves.
Also, for both Kyonna and SkyChugg, they would need to convince themselves that the other faked their first (and for SkyChugg, second as well) uses of their powers on their own Scum mates and that all the talk about Bae being taken by Kyonna and SkyChugg sending Coolest/Z-Beat and AB/Ty messages was all fabricated or else was part of an Intra-Scum-Gambit to go along with the rest of them.

This is - still without having read the spoilers - largely why I've been surprised that Dr. Stu haven't been a night target yet. Taking out Verollo might not have given town a lot to go on, but if Dr. Stu were town and I were scum, I wouldn't want to risk them being around to do any heavy lifting in the last leg. That's just my take, though.

I agree, which is why I would've taken out the leader. Let the town go into panicked disarray. I understand why scum did what they did. I just would've went the more risky, potentially hilarious route.
