I checked out of the game when I died (how is that any different from when you're actually playing LP lol got em) but a quick read through looks like classic town to me.

Also I definitely agree about modkilling for abusing the highlighted command and mod warning. The warning is there for honest mistakes (they happen), not for flagrant disregard for the spirit of the rule.

If nin is telling the truth, he's now useless. No one will target him.
If he hadn't claimed, however, that role is pretty dangerous (more dangerous than not) because because it would either cause misinformation or redirect a kill. Odds are that redirect is on town until numbers are reduced.

I think I understand this, it might just be a playstyle thing, but one thing I like to do in this situation is just take a look at everyone in the game and figure out who I would or would not want to vote out for just this day in particular. Start with who you wouldn't want to vote out at all on this day, and then take a look at who is left and think about why you didn't put them in the "Would Not Vote" pile.Reki said:

I think for me personally though, I would just be craving for more posts in this game. If I didn't already know who the Scum team was I would be feeling pretty lost I think, I could probably make a case against almost anyone right now if I wanted to.
Jokes about talking to myself aside, if I were actually playing right now in this relatively quiet game, and I was Town, I think I would be trying to get every single person in the game to interact with me and increase everyone's post counts in the process.
I would go through the whole player list and tag everyone and ask them direct questions. I would go through all of their posts and search for anything that points to where their thoughts have been at so I know what to ask them about, and then also ask them to expand on anything I think they aren't being clear about.
At the very least, this increases the chances that myself or someone else can find something that winds up pointing to a possible Scum member, either right at that moment or in later days when reading back.
Basically, my theory is that even if I personally don't find someone as Scum in my many interactions, someone else might be able to instead, and that is ultimately beneficial to Town.

- BP to Queen Kong
N2 (realized my mistake in giving the Lightning Rod N1 and played it safe to see where the item would go)
- Post Restriction to Devious
N3
- Cop Check to Neon
- Lie Detector to Reki
Exo got the Lightning Rod because I had hoped (sorry) that it would kill him when it was used. Worst-case he was a Townie Double Vote and would die over a Doc or Cop, best-case he was Scum and would kill himself.
Kong got the BP because I hard town read her as a new player on Day 1 and thought she was hinting at being a Crystal Gem with her opening post.
N2 i fucked up lol
Cop Check almost went to Ms. Duck instead but Neon seemed to soft-claim the Party PR and I trusted that over Ms. Duck's lack of a claim. Party PR didn't seem scummy so, y'know. Reki gets Lie Detector that almost went to Ket because I think both players really dug into the wording of posts and I felt either could have used it well. Ket's sketchy Day End with Zeke pushed me to go with Reki.

Also want to echo that the new players in this game have done amazingly well. Ms. Duck has really just taken to the game and I love her style of posting, Neon seems to have gotten back into his veteran groove and he's gonna fit right in with all the folks here, and I think Kong has a ton of promise and she really just has to get out of her shell a bit and shine.

I think they definitely have a shot even if the items go to waste, but it'll be closer. I think scum's only chance is that town chokes on the WIFOM near the end from some of the early voting results.

I honestly don't think Malus was under as much pressure as they perceived in Scum chat. I really don't think they needed to pull a 1v1 here just to possibly buy him another day, but here we go lol.

I'm torn on it. I gotta root for them because they completely fooled me but at the same time the Town blood runs deep.

Yeah, the forced thunderdome seems wildly unnecessary at this stage. You're better off rolling the dice and hoping Malus can impress enough to shake some of the heat and last multiple phases. Now even if you survive the day, you're putting a much larger target on your back.

at this point it's not a target, it's a death sentence. Tying Malus to Exo like this means if they flip Exo first then scrutiny immediately goes to Malus and how his PR 'proved' Exo was lying. If this somehow shakes out with Exo getting lunched I dont see Malus living past the next Phase

Now the real guess is who do they use it on. Reki left it open to public discussion so it's really majority rules.
Kinda hope they dont do Malus v Exo since that can be solved via a lunch but I can see that happening. Part of me wonders if they may check Z-Beat or Oreo, two relatively divisive characters.

Assuming you're talking about who I think you are - I doubt it. That player in question has hedged a bit too much against the check in the game thread at this point and has really started to fade some. I don't see him riding it all the way to lylo.
