Did it for townie points, knowing if I was honest and my powers were given up someone would likely be able to check me or attest to it at some point. I went for a townie power too. That's all my thinking that I put into it.

I just can't believe he would intentionally nerf himself like that without a good chance at gaining something in return. If I was Coolest, I would have just let a townsperson give up their life/ability. Town cred is not enough of a reason, especially with the way he acted the days afterward. With him + another scum in the event, however, they stood a chance at gaining something.

Man they all think I'm the town fool. Which, I mean, kind of. I honestly got the town cred and went ham with it, and honestly could of gotten away with the I am Groot thing too with the excuse of it being a scum one time item. Going after Fan for no reason was where I was a moron, because even if he flipped scum eventually someone would of assumed I was bussing.
