My role is Charlotte the messenger. Every even night I can send messages to players. Then if I ever die, the following night you'll get two night kills instead of one.

I'm Zodd, the Strongman. I can strongkill twice a game. I can also try to recruit Griffith, to join my team. If I recruit him I lose the strongkill ability and if a kill is aimed at Griffith, I will die.

It's in our best interest to find that hidden partner early then so that we don't lose DC. Losing the strongman ability wouldn't be that bad since we have the one time delayed kill which might get around any other roles.

Considering that we have a one use vest, there's probably a couple of other killing roles. At the very least a town and neutral killing role.

your role PM should specify exactly when you can use the strongkill modifier, dcpat (it's on ODD NIGHTS) - you can try to recruit your hidden partner on ANY NIGHTS, though :>

The investigation makes sense n1. We'll see where we're at for n2. Something might come up that makes us want to use the roleblock.

The thing about the gossip is that people might find a messenger and gossip both existing suspicious. Though we can cross that road when we get to it.

Pretty much. It's more difficult later on when you need actual evidence to accuse someone but early on it's just a matter of pushing stuff that sounds suspicous. We have this chat during the day so anyone can just post in here if they need help responding to something or how to proceed.

The hidden partner should want us to find them. A hidden partner that doesn't want to be recruited is rare.

I don't think Salva merits investigating so far. Especially if he can only give the item once which I'm inclined to believe.

It isn't common but it shows up from time to time. I was a hidden partner once although that case was weird since I couldn't be recruited and scum didn't know that I existed.

Usually. Sometimes the requirement to be recruited isn't in their win condition.

Terra did strike me as a possible hp but they seem like the kind of person who'd hint at it and I haven't spotted anything like that.

So what are the thoughts on our night actions? I kinda think we should kill a veteran, because they are probably to smart and will figure shit out.

I think that for now I want to try and recruit Zipped as the HP. Don't got anything to go on yet. Unless you want me to use the strongkill ability, but I think it's not neccesary.

I like the getting rid of a veteran. Splinter would be who I say we should go after, he's had some close reads already a few times.

My thoughts are to frame splinter, but kill somebody else. But I'd like to hear what the rest thinks. I haven't found a reason to kill either Splinter or Terra yet. Splinter if want to frame because it might bring some confusion, Terra has made himself somewhat of a target so can be dealt with later I think.

I'd frame Splinter. I think it's beneficial to keep them around for now.

In post 511 Kray mentions hidden partners in relation to Salva so that might their signal to us. They have no reason to think that Salva could be one.

My standing atm is: frame Splinter (fake claim got attention on him, but be investigated), kill Kray (he seems smart and had a go at Terra, and killing Kray for it targets Terra (although pretty obvious). And I still think we should try our recruit on Zipped.

Thoughts?

I'm not sure about the kill yet but the frame and recruit I'm okay with. Although I do think there's a chance that Kray is the hidden partner.

Rac, generally you should just swap scum to town. You could play risky and claim to be a neutral but usually town doesn't have any tolerance for letting neutrals live. Even when it's to their benefit.

Terra and Splinter both seem to be aggressive and smart players that will be trouble down the line. I will follow with what the majority thinks, but those two I hope are dealt with in some manner soon.

I'm not sure who to vote for. I'm in the same boat where I'm thinking about Lux but need a good reason to vote for them. Zook seems to have a good role so I don't mind them being lynched but town Kalor doesn't want that to happen.

I wouldn't risk Lux tonight. If he's protected then it means we're more likely to successfully kill anyone else. He could be lying about what nights he can save on as well.

I have a message to figure out as well. I want to mislead someone but I need to do it in a way that doesn't make them immediately disregard the message.

Spy is a potentially dangerous role so good thing we lost it. I was thinking about a spy role recently and a random line is probably the best way to implement it.

A lookout is one of the names for what you're thinking of rac. It's a possibility. I hadn't even thought about it. Although maybe Pat can hide in the confusion as multiple people will probably visit Lux.

I'm fine with keeping Salva around. Normally I'd want to kill someone that didn't stick out much but Lux is a doctor and is also getting the item so I feel like we should at least try and strongarm them. The benefit to that is that if he is given the item, it should be randomly assigned so one of us end up with it.

I'd frame Terra. If I was an investigator I would think about checking Terra early and Salvas role isn't as beneficial since he loses the item.

I think investigating might be the better option today since most people will have a role. We can then use a delayed kill when we have more targets to choose from. As for targets, maybe Geno or Splinter. Someone more experienced.

We should all place our commands shortly so we at least have something in place. I have an idea for a message which will be pretty friendly. I just need to write it up and think of a target.
